Fund manager: David Rawson-Mackenzie
Centurion Fund Managers Limited (authorised by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority).
David is Director of Centurion Fund Managers and has over ten years' experience in researching longevity as an asset class and managing life settlement funds. Centurion Fund Managers is part of the Centurion Group Limited, a financial services company which David founded in 1995 to provide wealth management services to high net worth private clients. Prior to founding Centurion, David gained a wide experience of the offshore financial services industry by working for Bank of Bermuda in Bermuda, the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands.
David has spoken at numerous international conferences on investing in longevity as an asset class and has written several articles for the financial press.
David is also Fund director.

Investment adviser: Pollyanna Wan
Centurion Portfolio Managers Limited (authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority).
Pollyanna joined Centurion Group in 2003 as technical director for Centurion Fund Managers and is responsible for providing investment advice to Centurion Fund Managers. Over the last five years she has been responsible for the development of a number of longevity products and also led the group's first leveraged longevity swap in the life settlement market. After obtaining an MBA at INSEAD, Pollyanna worked as a strategic consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions for Honeywell Inc. and Accenture where she was responsible for structuring ventures and alliances projects.

Fund director: Nick Ferris
Immediately prior to establishing Cogent in 2003, Nick was the head of MeesPierson in Guernsey. He spent eleven years with MeesPierson, where he was initially responsible for operations and then took over the management of a niche trust business from Hong Kong at the time of the return of the colony to China before becoming Managing Director. Nick is a professionally qualified Chartered Director.

Fund director: Paul Backhouse
Paul is the founder and director of Cogent, a Guernsey-based business providing mainly trust, company and related services to private and corporate clients. His business career has always been in the financial services sector, initially with the Midland Bank Group (HSBC) and then with Deloitte & Touche and The Bank of Bermuda. He is a former board member of Fortis Global Private Banking and has been a member of several advisory boards and committees of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. He is a former Chairman of the International Bankers Association in Guernsey.
