Life Settlement Strategy Fund - A Longevity Fund

Life Settlement Strategy Fund (LSSF) is a longevity fund investing in both physical long dated life settlements and leveraged longevity derivatives. As from 17 September 2007, the Life Settlement Strategy Fund - our second traded life policy fund - was listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX). The Fund currently has two open classes:

LSSF Managed Growth Class: To provide capital growth with a target net rate of return of between 8% - 10% per annum. Investors may select at the outset to receive 8% per annum of their initial capital which will be distributed quarterly.

LSSF Protected Class: To provide capital protection with a target net rate of return of between 6.5% - 7.5% per annum . Investors may select at the outset to receive 5% per annum of their initial capital which will be distributed twice a year in January and July.
