Defined Return Fund - A Longevity Fund

Defined Return Fund (DRF) is a longevity fund investing in physical life settlements with a longevity of 8-10 years. Launched in 2002, DRF is one of the longest running life settlement funds in the market. It has two open classes:

DRF Capital Protected Class: To provide capital growth with a target net rate of return between 6% - 7% per annum together with capital protection. Investors may also elect at the outset to receive a penalty free redemption of 5% per annum, which will be distributed annually in July.

DRF Growth Series 2: To provide capital growth with a target net rate of return of between 7% and 8% per annum. Investors may elect at the outset to receive a penalty free redemption of 7% per annum, which will be distributed twice a year in April and October.
