Argent Fund - A Longevity Fund of Funds

Argent Fund is a longevity fund of funds investing in a cross section of life settlement funds. It provides investors with the opportunity for capital growth with low volatility and flexible income options. It has four open classes:

Argent DMS Diversified: To achieve capital growth of 7-8 % with a very low volatility by investing in a cross section of life settlement funds and absolute return funds with a weighting of up to 20% in funds that provide a minimum annual return of 5%. This class is available in USD, EUR and GBP.

Argent DMS Enhanced: To achieve capital growth of 9% with a very low volatility by investing in a range of life settlement funds and absolute return funds, and to provide an enhanced allocation offering of 110% ("Additional Allocation") of the upfront investment. This class is available in EUR and GBP.

Argent DBS Income: To provide a net return after costs of base rate in the equivalent currency plus 1% composed of a regular income facility and capital appreciation by investing in a range of quoted and unquoted note instruments. Underlying investments include:

* Asset backed fixed, floating and convertible notes
* Sukuk notes
* Mezzanine finance secured notes

Argent DBS Capital Growth: To provide investors with a net return after costs of base rate in the equivalent currency plus 1.5-2.5% by investing in a range of quoted and unquoted note instruments. Underlying investments include:

* Asset backed fixed, floating and convertible notes
* Sukuk notes
* Mezzanine finance secured notes
